I. No pets. Pets are not allowed on the property.
II. No illegal drugs. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden.
III. No parties or events. Parties, events, or disruptive behaviour are not permitted.
IV. Registered guests only. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior approval.
V. Visitor hours. Visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval.
VI. ID required. All visitors must show a valid government-issued ID to security.
VII. No overnight guests. Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.
VIII. Insect awareness. Keep doors and windows closed to prevent insects from entering.
IX. Daily housekeeping. Housekeeping includes sweeping, mopping, and cleaning washrooms and bedding.
X. Check-in/out. Please follow the specified check-in and check-out times.
XI. No commercial photography. Commercial photography is not allowed on the property.
These rules are designed to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
I. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property or near the pool. Please use designated areas only.
II. Quiet Hours: Keep noise to a minimum from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. to respect the neighbours.
III. Cleanliness: Dispose of all trash in the provided bins and keep the property tidy.
IV. Property Care: Turn off all lights and appliances, and lock all doors and windows before you leave.
V. Damages: Report any damage or broken items to the host immediately to avoid extra fees.
VI. Key Responsibility: You are responsible for your keys. A replacement fee will be charged for any lost keys.
VII. No Decorations: Do not decorate or attach anything to the walls.
VIII. Amenities: Do not remove towels, glasses, linens, or any other items from the property.
IX. Towel and Linen Service: Towels and linens are changed every three days to conserve water.
X. Before You Leave: Gather all used towels and turn off all appliances before you lock up and depart.
You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Da Alohas. By making a reservation with the Da Alohas, the acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out herein.

1. Applicability of Refunds
1.1 Refunds shall be applicable only in cases where the Guest has remitted the full booking amount in advance.
1.2 Where the Guest has made a partial payment (50% advance), no refund shall be applicable irrespective of the date of cancellation.

2. Refund Schedule for Cancellations
Subject to Clause 1 above and Clause 3 (Peak Dates), refunds shall be processed as follows:
• Cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or more prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 90% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made between 15 (fifteen) and 29 (twenty-nine) days prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date: No refund shall be made.

3. Peak Dates and Non-Refundable Periods
3.1 Notwithstanding Clause 2, no refunds shall be provided for cancellations of bookings falling within the following Peak Dates:
• Christmas and New Year Period: 20th December to 2nd January (both dates inclusive);
• Major Indian Festivals, including but not limited to: Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Ganesh Chaturthi, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Navratri, Durga Puja, Raksha Bandhan, and Janmashtami;
• Gazetted National Holidays: Independence Day (15th August), Republic Day (26th January), and Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October);
• Other long weekends and public holidays as may be declared by the Government of India from time to time.

4. Extenuating Circumstances
4.1 In the event of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a credit note in lieu of a refund.
4.2 The issuance, terms, and validity of such credit notes shall be determined exclusively by the Company, and the Company’s decision shall be final and binding on the Guest.

5. General Conditions
5.1 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
5.2 Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs shall be deducted and shall not be refundable.
5.3 This Policy shall prevail over any cancellation policies of third-party booking platforms in the event of direct bookings made through the Company’s official website.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at its discretion. Guests are encouraged to review the Policy prior to making a booking.
