1.) A Da Alohas representative will personally welcome you upon arrival and provide a detailed house tour.
2.) All Da Alohas properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to every guest’s arrival for your comfort and safety.
3.) Guest parking is available at the premises.
4.) In compliance with government regulations, all guests are required to present a valid photo ID and address proof at check-in. (Please note that PAN cards are not accepted.) Check-in cannot proceed without these documents, and the booking will be marked as a “no-show,” with no refund possible.
1.) We kindly request that smoking and drinking are avoided in the poolside area and other common spaces within the community. However, you’re welcome to smoke in the patio area.
2.) The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For your safety and comfort and as a rule, proper swimming attire or dry-fit clothing is required.
3.) A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at check-in. This will be fully returned at check-out, provided no damage has occurred during your stay.
4.) Housekeeping and cleaning services are provided daily for your convenience. If you need additional cleaning, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.
5.) The property is equipped with an inverter that provides backup power for fans and lights for up to 2 hours during outages.
6.) Please also note that we do not allow any outside visitors in the house.
7.) Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:30 AM. If you’d like a late check-out, please inform us in advance so we can try to accommodate your request. Kindly note, unapproved late check-outs may result in a charge of half a day’s rent.
8.) All guests must comply with the laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction.
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
