I. Cleanliness: Dispose of trash in designated bins and keep the property tidy.

II. Guest Hours: Visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval.

III. ID Requirement: All visitors must show valid government-issued ID at the security gate.

IV. Overnight Policy: Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight. Unauthorized stays will incur extra charges.

V. Property Care: Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.

VI. Insect Awareness: Keep windows and doors closed to minimize insects.

VII. Check-in and Check-out: Adhere to the host's specified check-in and check-out times.

VIII. Key Responsibility: Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.

IX. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping includes sweeping, mopping, and cleaning washrooms.

X. Towels and Linens: Towels and linens are changed every third day to conserve water.

I. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and near the pool. Violations may result in a fine.

II. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

III. Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to respect neighbours.

IV. No Illicit Drugs: The use of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited and will terminate your stay.

V. No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or celebrations are not allowed.

VI. Registered Guests Only: Only guests on the reservation are allowed. Unauthorized guests will terminate your stay.

VII. No Decorations: Do not decorate or affix items to the walls.

VIII. Use of Amenities: Do not remove amenities like towels or furniture from the property.

IX. Damages: Report any damage to the host immediately to avoid extra charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Da Alohas. By making a reservation with the Da Alohas, the acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out herein.

1. Applicability of Refunds

1.1 Refunds shall be applicable only in cases where the Guest has remitted the full booking amount in advance.

1.2 Where the Guest has made a partial payment (50% advance), no refund shall be applicable irrespective of the date of cancellation.

2. Refund Schedule for Cancellations

Subject to Clause 1 above and Clause 3 (Peak Dates), refunds shall be processed as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or more prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 90% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made between 15 (fifteen) and 29 (twenty-nine) days prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date: No refund shall be made.

3. Peak Dates and Non-Refundable Periods

3.1 Notwithstanding Clause 2, no refunds shall be provided for cancellations of bookings falling within the following Peak Dates:

• Christmas and New Year Period: 20th December to 2nd January (both dates inclusive);

• Major Indian Festivals, including but not limited to: Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Ganesh Chaturthi, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Navratri, Durga Puja, Raksha Bandhan, and Janmashtami;

• Gazetted National Holidays: Independence Day (15th August), Republic Day (26th January), and Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October);

• Other long weekends and public holidays as may be declared by the Government of India from time to time.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

4.1 In the event of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a credit note in lieu of a refund.

4.2 The issuance, terms, and validity of such credit notes shall be determined exclusively by the Company, and the Company’s decision shall be final and binding on the Guest.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

5.2 Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs shall be deducted and shall not be refundable.

5.3 This Policy shall prevail over any cancellation policies of third-party booking platforms in the event of direct bookings made through the Company’s official website.

5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at its discretion. Guests are encouraged to review the Policy prior to making a booking.
