Check-in: After 2:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

(Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability and additional cost)

👥 Guest Policy

Only registered guests are allowed on the property

No outside visitors without prior approval

🏊 Pool Rules – For Your Safety & Hygiene

Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Proper swimming attire is mandatory – guests without appropriate swimwear will be fined ₹5,000 👙

No smoking, drinking, or glassware near or inside the pool area

Children must be supervised at all times

Swim at your own risk

🌀 Pool water is changed once every 3 days to ensure hygiene while conserving water 💧

⚠️ Violation of pool rules will incur a ₹5,000 penalty

🔇 Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM

No loud music, shouting, or parties allowed

⚡ Electricity Usage Policy

Conserve electricity – use only what you need

Turn off lights, ACs, and appliances when not in use

Avoid leaving devices on charge unattended

⚠️ Violation of electricity rules will incur a ₹1,000 penalty

🧺 Linen & Housekeeping

Towels and linens will be changed once every 3 days

Daily housekeeping can be arranged on request (subject to availability)

🚭 No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors

Please use the designated smoking areas outside

🐾 No Pets Allowed

While we love animals, we cannot accommodate pets at this property

🎉 No Parties or Events

This is a peaceful residential area – no parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed

🆔 ID Verification

All guests must provide valid government ID at the time of check-in

🕉️ Respect Local Customs

Varanasi is a spiritually rich and culturally sensitive city

Please be respectful of the local traditions, neighbourhood, and surroundings

Energy Conservation & Power Backup Usage

We kindly request all guests to use electricity conservatively during the daytime. Please take advantage of natural light and remember to switch off lights, fans, and appliances when not in use.

Important: Always turn off the air conditioners (ACs) when not needed or when leaving the room.

In case of a power cut, an inverter is in place to provide backup power. To ensure it lasts for a longer duration, please use it mindfully—avoid running high-consumption devices and turn off all unnecessary lights and appliances.
