1) There is no private kitchen for any guest. The central kitchen (visible to all guests) is well managed by our chef and guests will not have personal access inside this kitchen.
2) We do have free on site parking for upto 7 cars which is bit unlikely to find in Mussoorie.
3) Please be aware this is a hilly area and natural habitat of monkeys. Please do not leave any food outside in the open and KEEP windows / doors closed at most times.
4.) The property is equipped with an inverter that provides backup power for fans and lights for up to 4 hours during outages.
5.) Housekeeping and cleaning services are provided daily once for your convenience. If you need additional cleaning, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.
- Check-In Time: 2 PM Check-Out Time: 11 AM
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed only in private balcony or large common terrace.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighbour's by keeping noise to a minimum between 11 PM to 7 AM.
- Cleanliness: Kindly dispose of trash in the designated bins and keep the space tidy.
- Damages: Report any damages immediately to avoid additional charges.
- No Illicit Drugs: The use, possession, or distribution of any illicit drugs is strictly prohibited on the property. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and may be reported to local authorities.
- Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If you would like to have additional visitors, please seek prior approval from the host.

Guests get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in.
