I. Insects & Wildlife:
Tapovan is rich in nature — insects and monkeys may appear outdoors. Please keep balcony doors and windows closed when not in use.
II. Check-in/Check-out:
Please follow standard timings. Early arrivals may wait in the reception area until the apartment is ready.
III. Housekeeping:
Daily housekeeping is provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged on request at an extra charge.
IV. Linen Change:
Linen and towels are refreshed every two nights for hygiene and sustainability.
V. Power Backup:
- Inverter: Supports lights and fans.
- DG Set: Full power backup during longer outages (ACs/geysers run only on DG mode).
VI. Lift:
A fully functional elevator provides smooth access to all floors.
VII. Late Check-Out:
Requires prior approval. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a penalty equal to half-day rent.

IX. Luggage Drop-Off:
Guests may leave luggage at the security desk if arriving early or departing late.
X. Heating (Extra Charge):
Room heater available on request for ₹600 per night.
XI. Internet:
Wi-Fi is available for calls, work, and streaming. Speed may fluctuate due to hilly terrain.
XII. ID Verification:
All guests must provide valid government ID before check-in (PAN not accepted).
XIII. Scheduled Maintenance:
For long stays, periodic housekeeping or maintenance visits may occur — guests will be notified beforehand.
XIV. Water Heating:
Geysers may take 8–12 minutes to heat water, especially in colder months.
I. Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in common areas.
Allowed only on balconies/patio.
Violations may attract penalties as per building rules.
II. Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
III. Quiet Hours:
Please maintain low noise levels between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
IV. Cleanliness:
Dispose of trash in the designated bins and keep the apartment tidy.
V. Drugs:
Use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate cancellation of the stay.
VI. Parties & Events:
Parties, loud gatherings, and events are not permitted to maintain the calm environment of the building.
VII. Guests:
Only registered guests are allowed inside.
Visitors must be pre-approved, show valid ID, and cannot stay overnight.
VIII. Property Care:
Turn off lights, fans, appliances, and secure all windows/doors when leaving.
IX. Damages:
Report any damages immediately to avoid additional charges.
X. Keys:
Guests are responsible for their keys; replacement fees apply for lost keys.
XI. Decorations:
Do not stick tape or decorations on walls.
XII. Amenities:
Do not remove towels, utensils, linens, or any items from the apartment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Da Alohas. By making a reservation with the Da Alohas, the acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out herein.

1. Applicability of Refunds
1.1 Refunds shall be applicable only in cases where the Guest has remitted the full booking amount in advance.
1.2 Where the Guest has made a partial payment (50% advance), no refund shall be applicable irrespective of the date of cancellation.

2. Refund Schedule for Cancellations
Subject to Clause 1 above and Clause 3 (Peak Dates), refunds shall be processed as follows:
• Cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or more prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 90% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made between 15 (fifteen) and 29 (twenty-nine) days prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date: No refund shall be made.

3. Peak Dates and Non-Refundable Periods
3.1 Notwithstanding Clause 2, no refunds shall be provided for cancellations of bookings falling within the following Peak Dates:
• Christmas and New Year Period: 20th December to 2nd January (both dates inclusive);
• Major Indian Festivals, including but not limited to: Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Ganesh Chaturthi, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Navratri, Durga Puja, Raksha Bandhan, and Janmashtami;
• Gazetted National Holidays: Independence Day (15th August), Republic Day (26th January), and Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October);
• Other long weekends and public holidays as may be declared by the Government of India from time to time.

4. Extenuating Circumstances
4.1 In the event of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a credit note in lieu of a refund.
4.2 The issuance, terms, and validity of such credit notes shall be determined exclusively by the Company, and the Company’s decision shall be final and binding on the Guest.

5. General Conditions
5.1 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
5.2 Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs shall be deducted and shall not be refundable.
5.3 This Policy shall prevail over any cancellation policies of third-party booking platforms in the event of direct bookings made through the Company’s official website.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at its discretion. Guests are encouraged to review the Policy prior to making a booking.
