I. No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted at this villa.
II. No Parties or Loud Gatherings
The property is located in a serene residential area. Parties or disruptive events are not allowed.
III. Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation may stay at the property.
IV. Visitor Policy
Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the host.
V. Mandatory ID Verification
All guests must present a valid government ID at check-in as per local regulations.
VI. No Overnight Visitors
Unregistered visitors cannot stay overnight.
VII. Mountain Environment Note
Keep balcony doors and windows closed after sunset to avoid insects entering (common in Nainital).
VIII. Daily Housekeeping Available
Includes sweeping, mopping, washroom cleaning, and general maintenance.
IX. Internet & Connectivity
Wi-Fi is available; however, speeds may vary during peak load or weather changes (common in hill stations).
X. Check-In / Check-Out Times
Please follow the villa’s standard timing to ensure smooth turnovers.
XI. No Commercial Photography
Photoshoots, brand shoots, or influencer shoots require prior approval.
These guidelines ensure a clean, peaceful, and safe stay for all guests enjoying the lakeside villa.
I. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. You may use the balcony or outdoor space if needed.
II. Quiet Hours
Please maintain quiet from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbours and the peaceful lakeside environment.
III. Cleanliness & Care
Kindly keep the villa tidy. Dispose of waste in the bins provided and avoid staining furniture or linens.
IV. Switch Off When Not in Use
Turn off lights, heaters, geysers, and all electrical appliances before stepping out.
V. Report Damages
If anything breaks or stops working, inform the host/caretaker immediately to avoid extra charges.
VI. Key & Access Responsibility
Guests are responsible for safekeeping of keys. Lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
VII. No Wall Décor
Do not stick, tape, or hang anything on walls or wooden ceilings.
VIII. Respect the Property Amenities
Do not remove towels, cutlery, decor items, blankets, or any accessories belonging to the villa.
IX. Towels & Linen Policy
Towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days as part of eco-friendly housekeeping.
X. Check-Out Guideline
Before leaving:
• Gather used towels
• Ensure kitchen items are rinsed
• Switch off all electricals
• Lock all doors/windows securely

Cancellation and Refund Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Da Alohas. By making a reservation with the Da Alohas, the acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out herein.

1. Applicability of Refunds
1.1 Refunds shall be applicable only in cases where the Guest has remitted the full booking amount in advance.
1.2 Where the Guest has made a partial payment (50% advance), no refund shall be applicable irrespective of the date of cancellation.

2. Refund Schedule for Cancellations
Subject to Clause 1 above and Clause 3 (Peak Dates), refunds shall be processed as follows:
• Cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or more prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 90% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made between 15 (fifteen) and 29 (twenty-nine) days prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date: No refund shall be made.

3. Peak Dates and Non-Refundable Periods
3.1 Notwithstanding Clause 2, no refunds shall be provided for cancellations of bookings falling within the following Peak Dates:
• Christmas and New Year Period: 20th December to 2nd January (both dates inclusive);
• Major Indian Festivals, including but not limited to: Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Ganesh Chaturthi, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Navratri, Durga Puja, Raksha Bandhan, and Janmashtami;
• Gazetted National Holidays: Independence Day (15th August), Republic Day (26th January), and Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October);
• Other long weekends and public holidays as may be declared by the Government of India from time to time.

4. Extenuating Circumstances
4.1 In the event of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a credit note in lieu of a refund.
4.2 The issuance, terms, and validity of such credit notes shall be determined exclusively by the Company, and the Company’s decision shall be final and binding on the Guest.

5. General Conditions
5.1 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
5.2 Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs shall be deducted and shall not be refundable.
5.3 This Policy shall prevail over any cancellation policies of third-party booking platforms in the event of direct bookings made through the Company’s official website.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at its discretion. Guests are encouraged to review the Policy prior to making a booking.
