I. Pets are welcome with approval โ€“ maximum 1 large or 2 small (dogs/cats only). Bedding and food must be brought by owners.


II. The villa is family- and group-friendly but not suitable for late-night parties or loud gatherings.


III. Pool access is restricted to fixed timings (7:00 AM โ€“ 8:00 PM) for safety and maintenance.


IV. Smoking is allowed only outdoors in designated areas.


V. Guests must carry valid ID for check-in.


VI. Any damages, violations, or unsafe behavior may result in fines or eviction.

I. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in from 2:00 PM onwards | Check-out by 11:00 AM.
  • Early/late check-in subject to prior approval.


II. General Conduct

  • Treat villa, furniture, and dรฉcor with respect.
  • Loud music and parties not allowed after 10:00 PM.
  • Only registered guests permitted overnight.


III. Cleanliness & Maintenance

  • Maintain cleanliness during your stay.
  • Dispose of trash in designated bins.
  • Do not flush sanitary items, wipes, or plastic.


IV. Kitchen & Dining

  • Use kitchen, cookware, and appliances responsibly.
  • Clean up after use.


V. Swimming Pool

  • Pool hours: 7:00 AM โ€“ 8:00 PM.
  • No food, glassware, diving, or running around the pool.
  • Only nylon/swimwear allowed.
  • Children must always be supervised.


VI. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking prohibited indoors; use designated outdoor areas.
  • Alcohol permitted in moderation; unruly behaviour not tolerated.


VII. Visitors

  • Day visitors allowed with prior notice.
  • No overnight stays for unregistered guests.


VIII. Pets

  • Allowed with prior approval (max 1 large or 2 small dogs/cats).
  • Owners must bring bedding and food.
  • Pets not allowed on beds, sofas, or indoor furniture.
  • Clean up after pets; damages charged at cost.
  • Avoid excessive barking or disturbance.


IX. Safety & Security

  • Lock doors and windows when leaving.
  • Do not tamper with security equipment, cameras, or fire extinguishers.
  • No fireworks, candles, or open flames inside.


X. Liability

  • Guests responsible for belongings and safety.
  • Host not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss.
  • Damages to property, furniture, or equipment will be billed.


XI. Compliance

  • By confirming booking, guests agree to these rules.
  • Violations may lead to penalties, charges, or cancellation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (โ€œPolicyโ€) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Da Alohas. By making a reservation with the Da Alohas, the acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out herein.

1. Applicability of Refunds

1.1 Refunds shall be applicable only in cases where the Guest has remitted the full booking amount in advance.

1.2 Where the Guest has made a partial payment (50% advance), no refund shall be applicable irrespective of the date of cancellation.

2. Refund Schedule for Cancellations

Subject to Clause 1 above and Clause 3 (Peak Dates), refunds shall be processed as follows:

โ€ข Cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or more prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 90% of the total booking amount.

โ€ข Cancellations made between 15 (fifteen) and 29 (twenty-nine) days prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.

โ€ข Cancellations made less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date: No refund shall be made.

3. Peak Dates and Non-Refundable Periods

3.1 Notwithstanding Clause 2, no refunds shall be provided for cancellations of bookings falling within the following Peak Dates:

โ€ข Christmas and New Year Period: 20th December to 2nd January (both dates inclusive);

โ€ข Major Indian Festivals, including but not limited to: Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Ganesh Chaturthi, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Navratri, Durga Puja, Raksha Bandhan, and Janmashtami;

โ€ข Gazetted National Holidays: Independence Day (15th August), Republic Day (26th January), and Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October);

โ€ข Other long weekends and public holidays as may be declared by the Government of India from time to time.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

4.1 In the event of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a credit note in lieu of a refund.

4.2 The issuance, terms, and validity of such credit notes shall be determined exclusively by the Company, and the Companyโ€™s decision shall be final and binding on the Guest.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

5.2 Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs shall be deducted and shall not be refundable.

5.3 This Policy shall prevail over any cancellation policies of third-party booking platforms in the event of direct bookings made through the Companyโ€™s official website.

5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at its discretion. Guests are encouraged to review the Policy prior to making a booking.

1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If youโ€™d like an early check-in or a late check-out, just let us know in advanceโ€”weโ€™ll do our best to accommodate if the schedule allows.


2. How many guests can stay at the villa, and whatโ€™s the bedroom setup?

The villa comfortably hosts up to 9 guests with 3 spacious bedrooms. Each room is designed for privacy and comfort. If you need an extra mattress or special sleeping arrangements, we can usually arrange that with prior notice.


3. Is the property private and secure?

Yes, the villa is completely private for your groupโ€”no shared spaces with other guests. Itโ€™s located in a safe neighbourhood with proper security, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without worry.


4. What amenities are available during the stay?

Youโ€™ll have access to high-speed Wi-iFi, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, fresh linens and towels, and all the essentials. Thereโ€™s also a pool/lagoon access and free parking on site. If you need

anything extra like a crib or additional towels, just let us know.


5. How close is the villa to the beach and other attractions?

The villa is in Arpora, Goa, close to some of North Goaโ€™s best spots. Popular beaches, lively markets, and restaurants are just a short drive away. Taxis and bike rentals are easy to arrange, and weโ€™re happy to share local tips to help you get around.
