1.) You can always contact us from "Contact Host " tab before booking the place for better understanding of the property.

2.) Smoking is only allowed in the private patio accessible from the living room.

3.) Smoking and Drinking is not allowed at the pool side area or any other common open areas. In such cases, the society management will charge 5000 rupees as penalty.

4.) All Da Alohas properties are duly cleaned and sanitized before arrival of every guest.

5.) Free parking is available to guests however the parking is subject to availability.

6.) Housekeeping / Cleaning services are provided on daily basis however the linen (towels and bed linen) will be refreshed once every third day during your stay. The linens are refreshed before every check-in. Please cooperate with us and help us save water.

7.) The property has an DG back up which provides power back for fans and lights in case of a power failure.

8.) The apartment is situated in an residential apartment complex so to not cause any commotion refrain from playing loud music or having loud conversations in the balcony area. The entire apartment is yours to use so please avoid stepping outside if there are any chances of being noisy. Quiet hours are mentioned as 10 PM to 8 AM and a fine of 5,000 INR is imposed by the society in case of violation.

9.) Da Aloha's representative will be available to greet the guests in person and give a house tour when possible or a self check-in will be made available.

10.) As this is beautiful apartment providing good views, we have lift facility available making it easy for guests to carry their luggage. However, it is possible that lifts are under routing maintenance (once in 6 months) during your scheduled check-in / check-out maintenance and in such a case you will have to use stairs to be used.

11.) Please inform us and take prior approval of late check outs, if any. We will be happy to accommodate in case a late check out is possible. Uninformed and non sanctioned late checkouts will attract the penalty of half day rent of that day.
