The 150 Moira House is an original 150-year-old Portuguese-style Goan villa, retaining its traditional architecture, character and layout.
The villa has 4 bedrooms spread across two floors:

• Bathrooms located separately within the villa
• Bathrooms are not attached to the bedrooms
🛏️ Upper Floor
• 2 bedrooms
• Both bedrooms have attached private bathrooms
• Accessible via the internal staircase
The separate bathroom arrangement on the ground floor is part of the villa's original traditional Portuguese-Goan layout and reflects how many older heritage homes were designed.
