Guests booking The Doon Edit | Entire 6BR Home, Dehradun will have exclusive access to the entire three-storey building, including all three independent apartments and all six bedrooms, with accommodation for up to 12 guests.

Your booking includes:

All 3 Apartments: One apartment on each floor, each featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and washroom facilities.

Ground-Floor Plunge Pool: Available for guest use from March to October only. The pool remains closed from November to February.

Terrace Access: Guests can access the terrace for fresh air and relaxation. Please note that stairs are required.

Parking: On-site parking is available for guests. Please confirm the number of vehicles before arrival.

Important Information

The ground-floor apartment has 1.5 washrooms, while the mid-floor and top-floor apartments each have 2 washrooms.

Stair access is mandatory for reaching the mid-floor apartment, top-floor apartment, and terrace. There is no step-free access to these areas.

The plunge pool is seasonal and must be used responsibly in accordance with the property's safety guidelines.

The entire building is reserved for your group when you book this listing; no other guests will be allocated the other apartments during your stay.

We want you to enjoy the privacy, flexibility, and comfort of having the entire building to yourselves. If you have any questions or special requirements before arrival, please contact our team.

Check-in & Check-out: Please follow the confirmed check-in and check-out timings shared with you.

Maximum Occupancy: The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay.

Private Pool – No Access: The private plunge pool belongs exclusively to the ground-floor apartment, Forest & Plunge. Guests staying at Forest & Comfort are strictly not permitted to access or use the pool.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet Hours: Please maintain peace and quiet between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please avoid smoking inside the apartment.

Care of Property: Please handle the furniture, appliances, and other amenities with care. Guests may be charged for any damage caused during their stay.

Kitchen Use: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and its available appliances. Please clean up after use.

Cleanliness: Kindly keep the apartment clean and dispose of waste responsibly.

Visitors: Outside visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the host.

Pets: Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained.

Safety & Security: Please switch off electrical appliances when not in use and lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.

Caretaker Assistance: A caretaker is available to assist with your needs during your stay. Please contact the host or caretaker if you require any help.

Respect for Other Guests: The ground-floor apartment is a separate unit. Please respect the privacy of its occupants and do not enter their private areas.

Cancellation by Guest

• Guests may cancel their reservation up to 15 days before check-in to receive a full refund of the accommodation amount paid, excluding any applicable non-refundable fees, taxes, or payment-processing charges.
• If a guest cancels less than 15 days before check-in, the amount equivalent to the first 5 nights of the reservation (or the entire reservation if fewer than 5 nights) will be charged. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded, subject to applicable booking/payment terms.
• If the guest does not arrive (no-show), no refund will be provided.
• Early departure after check-in: No refund will be provided for unused nights.

Modification of Reservation

Any change to the dates, number of guests, or duration of stay is subject to availability and the applicable tariff. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the original reservation.

Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances beyond the guest's reasonable control, DA ALOHAS may review the reservation on a case-by-case basis, subject to supporting documentation and the applicable booking terms.

For Airbnb Bookings: Where the reservation is made through Airbnb, the cancellation terms displayed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking will prevail in case of any conflict.
