• Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

• No loud music, shouting, parties or gatherings that may disturb neighbours.

• Loud parties, events or DJ/music systems require prior approval.

• Please respect the peaceful surroundings and local community.

🚭 SMOKING & TOBACCO

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, including bedrooms and bathrooms.

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

• Chewing tobacco, gutkha, paan and similar products are strictly prohibited.

🐾 PETS

• Pets are strictly NOT allowed at the property.

👥 OCCUPANCY & GUESTS

• Please follow the maximum occupancy mentioned in your booking.

• Additional guests require prior approval and may attract additional charges.

• Only registered/approved guests may stay overnight.

🧹 CLEANLINESS & HOUSEKEEPING

• Daily housekeeping/cleaning is compulsory as per property policy.

• Please keep the villa reasonably clean during your stay.

• Do not remove or unnecessarily move furniture, linen, towels or décor.

• Please dispose of waste responsibly.

💔 DAMAGES & BREAKAGES

• Any damage, breakage, loss or malfunction must be reported immediately to the property manager/caretaker.

• Guests may be responsible for applicable repair, replacement or specialised cleaning charges.

• Please do not attempt to repair or modify property fixtures, appliances or systems yourself.

🍳 KITCHEN & FOOD

• The kitchen is not available for self-cooking by guests.

• An in-house menu and chef-on-call service are available.

• Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be prepared.

• Additional cooking appliances may not be used without prior approval.

🔥 FIREPLACE, BONFIRE & BBQ

• Use only in designated areas and as instructed by the property team.

• Bonfire & BBQ setups are chargeable and must be requested in advance.

• Do not light fires in unauthorised areas.

• Fire safety equipment must not be tampered with.

🌡️ ROOM HEATERS

• Room heaters are available on request at an additional charge.

• Please request heaters in advance wherever possible.

• Only heaters provided/approved by the property team may be used.

🧳 LUGGAGE ASSISTANCE

• Luggage assistance is available during check-in/check-out where applicable.

• Please coordinate with the property team for assistance.

🕐 EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT

• Standard check-in/check-out timings apply as mentioned in your booking.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

• Both must be requested and approved in advance by management.

• Additional charges may apply.

• Please do not assume approval unless confirmation has been received from management.

🔑 SECURITY & BELONGINGS

• Lock doors and windows whenever leaving the property.

• Do not give keys/access devices to unauthorised persons.

• Report lost keys/access devices immediately.

• Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.

🚗 PARKING

• Please park only in designated areas.

• Do not block access for other guests, residents or emergency vehicles.

• Guests are responsible for their vehicles and belongings.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY & EVENTS

• Personal photography is welcome.

• Professional/commercial shoots, filming, influencer shoots, advertisements and events require prior approval and may attract additional charges.

🚫 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Illegal activities, drugs/illegal substances, weapons and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.

• Any activity creating a safety risk, disturbance or property damage will be treated seriously.

🌿 PROPERTY & SURROUNDINGS

• Please respect the villa, furniture, décor, landscaping and natural surroundings.

• Do not litter.

• Exercise caution around balconies, stairs and outdoor areas.

• Restricted/private areas must not be accessed.

👨‍💼 STAFF & CARETAKER

• Our caretaker and operations team are available to assist with reasonable property-related requirements.

• Please treat all staff, vendors and service providers respectfully.

• Staff should not be asked to perform duties outside their assigned responsibilities without management approval.

⚠️ VIOLATION OF HOUSE RULES

Serious or repeated violations may result in additional charges, termination of the stay or removal from the property without refund, depending on the nature and severity of the violation.

Cancellation by Guest

• Guests may cancel their reservation up to 15 days before check-in to receive a full refund of the accommodation amount paid, excluding any applicable non-refundable fees, taxes, or payment-processing charges.
• If a guest cancels less than 15 days before check-in, the amount equivalent to the first 5 nights of the reservation (or the entire reservation if fewer than 5 nights) will be charged. Any remaining amount paid will be refunded, subject to applicable booking/payment terms.
• If the guest does not arrive (no-show), no refund will be provided.
• Early departure after check-in: No refund will be provided for unused nights.

Modification of Reservation

Any change to the dates, number of guests, or duration of stay is subject to availability and the applicable tariff. Cancellation charges will be calculated based on the original reservation.

Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances beyond the guest's reasonable control, DA ALOHAS may review the reservation on a case-by-case basis, subject to supporting documentation and the applicable booking terms.

For Airbnb Bookings: Where the reservation is made through Airbnb, the cancellation terms displayed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking will prevail in case of any conflict.
