III. Villa Access: Guests have full access to all bedrooms, living areas, private swimming pool, and pool deck.

IV. Swimming Pool: Accessible from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

V. Kitchen: Accessible from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

VI. Music & Parties: No loud outdoor music or parties after 10:00 PM, in keeping with the peaceful surroundings.

I. Smoking: Not permitted inside bedrooms. Allowed only in designated areas such as balconies and outdoor spaces.

II. Music & Gatherings: Keep noise levels moderate. As per local laws, no loud music or parties after 11:00 PM. DJs or very loud parties are not permitted.

III. Peaceful Environment: Respect the calm atmosphere and neighbourhood guidelines.

IV. Guests Only: Overnight stay limited to guests registered at booking. Outside visitors require prior approval.

V. Care for the Villa: Treat the property with respect. Damages or breakages may result in charges.

VI. Kitchen Use: Guests may use the kitchen, but must leave it clean.

VII. Pool Timings: Pool is open from 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Swim responsibly and at your own risk.

VIII. Staffing: The villa is served by two caretakers and one in-house chef for a seamless and comfortable stay.

IX. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is included.

X. Barbeque Experience:

Self-Barbeque Setup – ₹1,800 (equipment provided; guests prepare on their own).

Chef Barbeque Service – ₹3,500 (chef-prepared for 3 hours; supplies/ingredients arranged by guests).

XI. Meal Options (per person):

Breakfast – ₹350

Vegetarian Lunch/Dinner – ₹550

Non-Vegetarian Lunch/Dinner – ₹650

All Meals (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner) – ₹1,200 (Barbeque not included).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Da Alohas. By making a reservation with the Da Alohas, the acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out herein.

1. Applicability of Refunds

1.1 Refunds shall be applicable only in cases where the Guest has remitted the full booking amount in advance.

1.2 Where the Guest has made a partial payment (50% advance), no refund shall be applicable irrespective of the date of cancellation.

2. Refund Schedule for Cancellations

Subject to Clause 1 above and Clause 3 (Peak Dates), refunds shall be processed as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 (thirty) days or more prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 90% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made between 15 (fifteen) and 29 (twenty-nine) days prior to the check-in date: Eligible for a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made less than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date: No refund shall be made.

3. Peak Dates and Non-Refundable Periods

3.1 Notwithstanding Clause 2, no refunds shall be provided for cancellations of bookings falling within the following Peak Dates:

• Christmas and New Year Period: 20th December to 2nd January (both dates inclusive);

• Major Indian Festivals, including but not limited to: Diwali, Holi, Dussehra, Ganesh Chaturthi, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Navratri, Durga Puja, Raksha Bandhan, and Janmashtami;

• Gazetted National Holidays: Independence Day (15th August), Republic Day (26th January), and Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October);

• Other long weekends and public holidays as may be declared by the Government of India from time to time.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

4.1 In the event of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to medical emergencies, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, the Company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, issue a credit note in lieu of a refund.

4.2 The issuance, terms, and validity of such credit notes shall be determined exclusively by the Company, and the Company’s decision shall be final and binding on the Guest.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

5.2 Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction costs shall be deducted and shall not be refundable.

5.3 This Policy shall prevail over any cancellation policies of third-party booking platforms in the event of direct bookings made through the Company’s official website.

5.4 The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at its discretion. Guests are encouraged to review the Policy prior to making a booking.
