1.) Guests should note that there are a few steps to take before reaching the lift lobby from the main gate.

2.) Access to the pool area requires the use of stairs.

3.) A Da Alohas representative will personally welcome you upon arrival and provide a detailed house tour.

4.) All Da Alohas properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to every guest’s arrival for your comfort and safety.

5) Towels and Linens: To conserve water, towels and linens will be changed every third day. Thank you for supporting our water conservation efforts.

6.) Guest parking is available at the front of the society for your convenience on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

7.) In compliance with government regulations, all guests are required to present a valid photo ID and address proof at check-in. (Please note that PAN cards are not accepted.) Check-in cannot proceed without these documents, and the booking will be marked as a “no-show,” with no refund possible.

🕘 Pool Timings: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

👙 Swimwear Only:

Proper swimming costumes are mandatory.

❌ No regular clothes or non-swimwear allowed.

⚠️ Penalty:

Wearing regular clothes or non-swimwear in the pool will result in a ₹5,000 fine as per society rules.

🚭 Smoking or Drinking:

Strictly not allowed near or in the pool area. However you are free to smoke in apartment balcony and drinking anywhere across the apartment.

💸 Rule Violation Fine:

Any breach of the above rules will attract a ₹5,000 penalty from society management.

1.) We kindly request that smoking and drinking are avoided in the poolside area and other common spaces within the community. However, you’re welcome to smoke in the patio area.

2.) The swimming pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For your safety and comfort and as a rule, proper swimming attire or dry-fit clothing is required.

3.) A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at check-in. This will be fully returned at check-out, provided no damage has occurred during your stay.

4.) Housekeeping and cleaning services are provided daily for your convenience. If you need additional cleaning, feel free to let us know, and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.

6.) The property is equipped with an inverter that provides backup power for fans and lights for up to 2 hours during outages.

7.) Please also note that we do not allow any outside visitors in the house.

8.) Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:30 AM. If you’d like a late check-out, please inform us in advance so we can try to accommodate your request. Kindly note, unapproved late check-outs may result in a charge of half a day’s rent.

9.) All guests must comply with the laws and regulations. Any illegal activities on the property will result in immediate eviction.
